KEN BANK


Kenny formed the Dukes of DooWop when he met Jan thru The Doo Wop Music
Hall of Fame. He is an original member of The Five Sharks from the
Bronx, New York. The Five Sharks are considered THE pioneers of Doo Wop
acapella in the 60's and 70's. They have sung on over two dozen 45rpm
recordings and several compilation albums, and CD's. The main
inspiration for the Five Sharks were the Chambers Brothers, The Earls,
and The Temptations. They were written about in "The Age of Rock n Roll:
Part 2" and "Street Corner Harmony". Kenny has participated in and
contributed to the documentary "Street Corner Harmony" which was
nominated for documentary of the year. He is  a graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School

and has served as a Board Director for the Doo Wop Music Hall Of Fame.
